Wyn317 Gallery hosted a uniquely personal curated culinary/art experience featuring the homies Remote and his brother, renowned chef James Bellichi. Participants got to take home an original 12x 12 painting by Remote while delighting in cocktails, wine pairing, and an exquisite five-course meal prepared by James.

The menu consisted of:

Amuse bouche: Yukon gold potato knish
Golden kaluga caviar, whipped creme fraiche, soft herbs

1st course: king crab and avocado cannelloni
Miso mayo, grapefruit, radish salad

2nd course: spring pea agnolotti
Black truffle fondue, peas, Parmesan tuile

3rd course: duo of beef
Red wine braised short ribs, sous-vide prime sirloin, buttered corn, bacon lardons, roasted pearl onions, corn purée, pickled shallots

4th course: coconut tapioca
Coconut ice cream, passion fruit sorbet, cilantro syrup
